Ibiza Tapas Wine Bar is a gem located on 1832 Dixwell Ave in Hamden CT owned by Ignacio Bianco. This is by far my favorite place to go after a long work week. Located in the hip NYC neighborhood of Chelsea on 187 Ninth ave (between 21 st and 22nd st) sits this small vegan treasure. I have been a couple times and each time I’ve tried something new and delicious. My favorite appetizer is the Zucchini Rolatini (raw) it has a basil cashew “cheese” filling, chive olive oil, sesame sunflower sprouts and avocado.
